The profiles are made of high quality aluminum strip with a two-layer lacquer coating notable for its high wear
resistance. Due to foam insulation the profiles feature good thermal and sound insulation properties. Roll-
formed profiles can be either perforated or not perforated. Perforated profiles have narrow openings along the
upper lock part. Scattered light penetrating through the openings creates beautiful semidarkness.

Primary part of the roller shutter is the rolling curtain consisting of aluminum roll-formed or extruded profiles.

Extruded profiles for rolling systems are made of aluminum billets using extruding through draw die technique.
Roller shutters made of such profiles feature increased resistance to break-in due to wall thickness and the
